Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect from coaching sessions?

Sessions are conversations. You bring whatever you’re carrying…confusion, fear, anger, grief, or just not knowing what to do next. Together, we slow things down and make space to process what you’re going through. This isn’t about fixing you or giving you answers. It’s about helping you reconnect with your own voice so you can start making decisions that actually feel like yours.

Who this is for?

This is for people who are questioning or leaving Jehovah’s Witnesses and trying to make sense of what that means for their life. You don’t have to be fully out or have everything figured out. If something feels off, or you’re starting to see things differently and don’t know what to do with it, this space is for you.

How is this different from therapy?

This isn’t therapy.

This is a supportive, conversational space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through without pressure, judgment, or needing to have the “right” answers. We focus on helping you process your experience, rebuild trust in yourself, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with you.

Do you offer LGBTQ+-inclusive coaching?

Yes.

This is a safe and inclusive space for people of all identities. Many people leaving high control religion are also navigating questions around identity, and you are welcome here exactly as you are.
